MySB553.org was founded by experienced safety and security professionals, who have a passion for helping people. We have served in various capacities within the military, law enforcement, US Government, and Global 500 and Fortune 500 companies. Our passion is to protect people using our experience and knowledge to create safe, healthful, and productive workplace cultures. We are business owners and have worked as full time employees and consultants, giving us a well rounded scope of the needs of organizations of all sizes.
We are aware of the challenges of organizations of any size, and that workplace violence is a pervasive problem. Violent incidents are increasing in frequency and severity along with lawsuits and fines. We understand SB553 faced opposition. Time and implementation will inform if the bill is a net positive or negative for organizations. We are here to help.
Our focus is small and mid size businesses (1 – 250 employees) because we feel they are underrepresented. Large organizations have the capacity to engage internal business units and house counsel to drive initiatives, small businesses don’t always have the same level of resources solve problems. Our goal is to provide agile, and cost effective solutions to protect people and achieve compliance.

Tim is an agile professional with multiple industry experience. He has an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Business Arts. He is a US Army combat veteran, former police officer, investigator, consultant, and expert in targeted violence and active shooter mitigation.
He is experienced in program and operations management, security integration, risk management, and has served in a variety of capacities throughout his career. Tim has served as a guest instructor, guest speaker, publications author, and subject matter expert.
Tim is a small business owner engaged in business development, management coaching, and veteran advocacy.
Adam is a leading safety and security solutions expert. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in International Security from American University, Adam’s academic accolades include the prestigious David L. Boren National Security Fellowship.
Following his tenure as an Intelligence Officer, Adam served as a professor at the National Defense University, specializing in Physical Security implementation, Intelligence Program Implementation, and critical infrastructure protection.
Transitioning to the private sector in 2015, Adam has spent the past decade developing cutting-edge security programs for multitude of Fortune companies.
Elias is a compliance, audit, and training professional. He has over two decades of professional experience as a law enforcement officer and partnering with city leadership to deploy training and compliance programs.
He has a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice with a significant experience in project and program management within safety, risk, and liability. He is currently serving as the Director of Sales.
